At Hayley Price Books, we don’t believe Generative AI is art. We believe it is theft, as it plagiarises the work of artists who have gone before and uses their work to produce inferior results. In Hayley’s books, every word is written by a human, and all cover illustrations, maps, and even the scene dividers in The Vermilion Saga, are produced by humans. Artists deserve to earn money commensurate with their talent, not to be replaced by Generative AI that creates a sub-standard facsimile of an artist’s work.
We don’t support the use of Generative AI, and we never will.
